We came here to see the megaliths in the Carnac area. The hotel is near these attractions. The host was helpful in directing us to the main points of interest. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and well decorated.

Perfect stay

A very pleasant stay with attention to detail in public spaces and room. Breakfast gave many options and exciting new things to try. Eg coconut jam. Pool and gardens were lovely. Would recommend without réservation.

Parfait

Hôtel très agréable, piscine extérieure et intérieure au top ainsi que le Jacuzzi. Chambre supérieure de bonne taille, super terrasse, lit confortable, sdb pratique. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner excellent, varié et frais. Localisation très pratique pour visiter Quiberon, Carnac et le golfe du Morbihan.

La pire expérience dans un hôtel de toute ma vie....à fuire absolument. Après un acceuil faussement aimable. Je me suis fait insulter de voleuse pr être partie avec un fruit et la fin de mon croissant! Un petit-déjeuner payé 13e pr un café, un jus de fruit, un bout de pain...bref une honte. Après explications avec le propriétaire des lieux; je méritais ce traitement et donc de me faire traiter de voleuse, car je n'étais pas particulièrement aimable et m'invite a ne plus revenir moi ou mes connaissances... .je n'en reviens toujours pas de ce séjour presque comique...bon à 115e la nuit j'aurais plus tendance a le définir de cosmique! Bref un gros travail de management et au mieux pr tous le monde une reconversion professionnelle

A great place in a lovely location.

Excellent in every way! A delightful hotel in a splendid location. Just far enough from Carnac to be able to walk in - close to lovely restaurants and many pace of interest. The hotel's facilities are perfect; the indoor pool and spa were spotless and the breakfasts were generosity iself. The owner and his family provide a personal service and col not be more helpful. We spent six lovely days in a junior suite that was spacious and well-equipped. We plan to return next year, which is or best recommendation.

Un lieu chaleureux, reposant et très complet

Un établissement canon située dans une zone calme et reposante. La chambre était top (même si on aurait préféré une douche mais nous n’avions pas demandé non plus). Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons cet établissement, tout était parfait!

Super établissement !

Nous avons passé quatre nuits au Carnac Lodge Hôtel & Spa en août 2019. Accueil sympathique de Laurent qui donne toutes les informations touristiques nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour (promenades à faire, restaurants...) avec une carte détaillée, ensuite il nous accompagne à notre chambre où là encore il nous donne toutes les précisions possibles (nous fréquentons régulièrement les hôtels... cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas été accompagnés à la chambre !). Hôtel très bien situé, au calme, très belle région et grâce aux conseils de Laurent, nous avons pu profiter de cette belle région entre Carnac et Quiberon. La décoration est moderne et soignée, la chambre était propre et surtout au calme ! Mention très bien pour le petit-déjeuner : copieux avec des produits frais et locaux, variété de confitures "maison" , croissants délicieux ! à noter la présence de deux beaux chats très mignons (c'est une passionnée des chats qui parle... nous en avons deux chez nous !) - Nous recommandons le Carnac Lodge Hôtel & Spa, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dès que nous en aurons l'occasion ! Bonne continuation à Laurent & François !

Et si on changeait de métier ?

En visite mystère dans cet hôtel : Accueil déplorable et très agressif à cause de 15 min de retard. Une arrivée à 21h45 peut être apparentée à un crime selon ces hôteliers !! Je n en reviens toujours pas d’avoir été traitée ainsi ! Une première après plus de 5 ans de visites mystères. L hotel est peuplé de chats qui font toutes sortes de bruit la nuit et gêne évidement le sommeil ! Mais cela est normal pour le responsable Qui m a répondu que les chats étaient chez eux.... visiblement des clients viendraient justement dans cet hôtel car il y a des chats ... surprenant ! Un nouveau concept ? «  Venez essayer de dormir partis les chats ? » Sinon, l hotel est propre et le petit déjeuner est bon. Quoi qu il en soit, le client n est pas roi ! Dommage dans l hôtellerie .....

Nous avons aimé l espace bien-être. Malgré la taille de la piscine...En revanche, l accueil fut médiocre. Nous ne nous sentions pas du tout à l aise, ni les bienvenus! Surtout lorsque nous avons précisé que nous etions passé par expedia...En allant voir la chambre, nous nous sommes aperçus que notre demande ne correspondait pas à nos attentes: une douche au lieu d une baignoire. Cela fut complique de changer de chambre...nous avons precise au gerant que par le biais d expedia nous avions le droit de choisir entre une baignoire ou une douche. Quelle complication...! Ensuite l un des patrons de l hôtel nous a tant bien que mal change de chambre en nous proposant une chambre au rez de chaussée ou nous avons eu froid et ou nous avons mal dormi...la chambre etait humide meme avec le chauffage...le lit vraiment pas à la hauteur de nos esperances nous avons deja trouve beaucoup mieux la literie etant imoortante pour nous...! e lendemain aucune question à savoir si nous avions bien dormi ou pas. Fatigue et contrarie de l accueil, n ayant pas souhaite prendre le petit déjeuner nous avons eu la reflexion de ne pas avoir paye cher...140 euros pour une nuit comme celle la en comptant le spa et les taxes ce n est tout de même pas rien ! Plus jamais nous ne retournerons dans cet hotel! L accueil est très importante pour nous, se sentir accepte, bien à l aise aussi...ce qui n a pas été le cas! Faire de l argent je comprends c est important mais il y a des limites...!

N'hésitez pas...

C'est la deuxième fois que je fréquente cet établissement (05/2018, 5 nuits en vacances) et les 2 passées cette semaine (professionnel). Accueil personnalisé et sympathique, la chambre et la sdb, décorées avec goût et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner raffiné, varié et copieux pour ceux qui le souhaite. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de découvrir le nouvel espace balnéo, mais ce sera pour la prochaine fois !
