“Got a dirty room that was clearly not cleaned recently. Asked for a different room and got one that reeked from smoke smell covered by some nasty perfume spray. Found a dead bug on the floor. Maintenance bad. I will never go back there. Staff was nice and friendly”

“I'm not sure where to start... We had two rooms. My son's room had hair in the bathtub. Other than that, he did his room was fine. Now our room... Ripped at the roof window curtain. We had no wash clothes or floor towel for in front of the tub. We had only a dribble of water in our sink until my husband got under sink and turned on the water. We still had only hot water. No cold. TV was very limited and the controller was hard to figure out. We had 3 pillows, but only one had a pillow case. Now...

“The place is not supposed to be hosting guests.Because it's still got fresh paint off the wall.It has holes, he's still got a mess going on. It's not clean.The sheets were not changed.”

“Staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a friendly host, waitress and waiter. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily.”

“Red Stains on carpet, says quiet time is 7pm-9am yet riff raff were out in parking lot till 4 am jamming out partying… Showers were clean tho and towels and sheets were clean but bed spread also had stains. Given two key cards and only one worked, of course that’s the one we had grabbed when we went down to pool”

“New owners were taken over, so the place was kind of rundown. The room was definitely clean. The staff was friendly, but definitely definitely almost like the Bates Motel.”
