"Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove. "I would not stay at any property managed by Pure Serviced again. The property was filthy and very tired. They arranged a boiler inspection after we had already booked and paid. The boiler subsequently started leaking at 4am the second night. I phoned their emergency number at 7.30am. No response. I called the Pure Serviced office number just after nine. No response. The Emergency plumbers turned up at 10.am. Subsequently isolated water supply and said the hot water would be off at least a day....
