It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Very friendly staff!

We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure!

Nice but faded hotel

The hotel really is nice - it has a very nice pool. The hotel seems to have gradually faded - but thankfully the process is slow. It still has lots of charm and it is still OK - but within the next few years it will probably need some improvements. Some basics are lacking - the staff said they no longer provide hairdryers which was surprising. The fridge is loud which was disturbing in the night. The hotel buffet has an excellent selection though and the staff are generally helpful and friendly. It is also bearing in mind that in the city centre of Pocos de Caldas the Minas Gerais is still one of the better options.

Infelizmente, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel! O quarto apresentava sérios problemas de limpeza: o frigobar estava sujo e com muito mofo, e o banheiro em condições inadequadas, com vaso sanitário sujo de urina e box com mofo e sujeira acumulada. Eu informei a recepção sobre os problemas no check-out e houve indiferença. A piscina interna é agradável e o café da manhã é bom.

O banheiro era antigo e tinha um bidê que estava sujo ! Não tinha puxador no Box! A porta do guarda roupa emperrou e tivemos que chamar uma pessoa para consertar, logo que entramos! Pedi para trocar de quarto, e falaram que não tinham e se quisesse trocar de quarto deveria ir logo cedo no dia seguinte para ver se poderiam trocar ! Os funcionários na recepção parecem que estavam trabalhando com má vontade ! Então, nem falei mais nada ! Minha cunhada esqueceu o carregador no quarto e quando liguei informando, falaram que não acharam! Impossível se ela havia deixado na tomada! O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa! Tem um restaurante dentro do hotel, muito bom! Os funcionários do restaurante, bem atenciosos! Fiquei bem decepcionada com meu quarto! Quanto ao estacionamento, não reparei quando reservei que era pago! 40,00 ao dia! Achei um absurdo, porque já me hospedei em vários lugares e nunca paguei estacionamento! E o valor tem que ser pago assim que você faz o check in! Mas quanto a isso foi culpa minha, pois não vi! Enfim, passamos dias maravilhosos, a cidade é bem agradável, mas não gostei do quarto! Aliás foi um dos que menos gostei em todas as viagens que fiz! Minha cunhada e minha prima ficaram em outros quartos! Banheiros todos reformandos ! Não tive sorte com o meu! Inclusive, não tinha nem placa para arrumar o quarto! A moça no primeiro dia arrumou sem eu pedir! Na realidade só arrumou a cama ! Deixo o lado positivo para o restaurante que tem no hotel e para a estrutura!

Não foi uma experiência muito legal, infelizmente. Já havia me hospedado ano passado e foi tudo ok. Dessa vez me colocaram no quarto 236, no final de um corredor e aparentemente ao lado do cômodo de serviços utilizado pelas camareiras. Cheguei tarde de viagem, fiz check in meia noite e fui dormir quase 4h. Quando eram 7h da manhã fui acordado pelas funcionárias que conversavam alto o tempo todo e faziam muito barulho. Assim prosseguiu e não consegui mais dormir. Tinha um compromisso de trabalho durante o dia e passei o dia todo cansado por ter dormido muito pouco. Paguei um hotel para ter boas horas de sono e descanso, pois imaginei que teria até às 11h para dormir, e não consegui. Vou dar 4 estrelas para não prejudicar a nota geral aqui, mas na realidade a experiência ficou bem longe de 4 estrelas.

Passamos dias agradáveis, mas não gostamos de cobrarem o estacionamento uma diária de 40,00! Nunca pagamos pelo estacionamento! Geralmente vem incluso na diária! Os quartos são bons, mas precisam de manutenção! O celular não pega o Wi-Fi quando estamos nele ! Somente na área da entrada do hotel ! Funcionários gentis ! No geral, foi uma boa estadia !

O quarto estava limpo, porém algumas coisas precisam de manutenção, o box sem vedação molhava muito o banheiro, o ar condicionado estava com problema. Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom e bar muito bom também!!! Por conta do problema com o ar condicionado tivemos que trocar de quarto, foi um pouco desagradável isso. Localização do hotel é excelente. Piscinas ótimas, principalmente a aquecida, adoramos.

O quarto era extremamente limpo, super recomendo. O hotel tem 3 stacionamentos, utilizei o que é encostado no hotel, ajuda em muito a chegada e a saída. A localização tbm é ótima, da para ir ao bondinho e ao mercadão a pé. Único ponto negativo é a manutenção do parquinho, uma das tábuas do gira gira estava solta, podendo gerar acidentes.
