Host is very nice and always accommodated every request. Very glad that he has private parking since it would be very difficult to find street parking in the area. Probably the nicest budget accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Excellent breakfast included. Very nice bathroom also. Coin laundry about 4 blocks East of B&B.

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay! The host alone, the breakfast alone, and the room alone were all worth the price.... could be charging much more than we paid!! Our best breakfast so far on our 1 month trip and our host was exceptional!

Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses. We loved the shower and my wife said it was the best shower she had after 2 weeks in Italy! He has a private patio for relaxing outside. Great location for exploring Tuscany.

The host with the most. We had an amazing and comfortable stay with Simone. He really took care of us like family. Including staying up for our late arrival, waking up earlier and preparing the most delicious and fresh breakfast. He is truly one of a kind and made our short stay a memorable one. struttura situata in centro, comoda per tutto ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il soggiorno in questo B&B, nonostante il poco preavviso abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita e ordinata appena giunte per il check-in. Stanza estremamente spaziosa con bagno privato ben organizzato e un corridoio-armadio molto pratico per risistemare i bagagli. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza strepitosa: titolare gentilissimo che ha, l'indomani, preparato una colazione coi fiocchi. Tornando in queste zone lo terrei sicuramente in considerazione. Complimenti!
