Just a few things: it would be great if there is a photo of "the Swipe" for car garage in the email instructions, and fix the key box lock. Then we didn't have to call. My first night was unexpected—I needed an ambulance to the local hospital after a fall on the ferry—but the staff at Bay Vista were incredibly attentive throughout the whole ordeal.
