Nice place, not fancy. I'm unused having produce my own AND my wife's ID when checking into 1 room shared by only us, but they do require that. I think it is a good bang for buck place, but I found the check in a bit offputting.

The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.

I have been going to Point Pleasant Beach for 5-6 years now..I loved it the very first time I went..but I always stayed at the Shore Point Motel which is excellent in every aspect..They were booked during my visit..
