“The inn has magnificent views of the ocean, is centrally located, and serves delicious breakfasts. Hosts are friendly and very accommodating. One area of improvement would be in providing better lighting upon entering unit....both outside and inside. Overall, a lovely place to stay.”

“We were in Hummingbird, a lovely room. View of the water over the train station. Easy walk to many restaurants and the kilometers-long Pictou seaside walk. House has been beautifully and lovingly restored. Hummingbird is at the top of the stairs, but was still very quiet. Couldnt hear other guests at all. Hosts very nice and helpful. Breakfast egg bennys anf fresh fruit salad great”

“The check in was quick and thorough, Donna was very down to earth and pleasant . She runs a beautiful Old Victorian house that is so clean and comfortable. It’s extremely welcoming from the first step you take inside the foyer. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation around the table with the other guests and Donna was great! It’s really a small world when you get chatting. We haven’t been BnB guests in the past, but this trip to the east coast has changed our way of thinking. ”
