Hostel provided in room fridge and kettle. Hostel kitchen in main building, large dining area, no specific sitting room beside TV. wifi in main building Small local shop and bakery , Swimming pool are nearby , Small supermarket walking distance bus service 2 main routes, one very close the other walking distance

Bonjour l’accueil n’avait pas ma resa paiement non validĂ© ? j’ai repayer certaines taxe 2 fois j’ai eu une chambre 6 lits en fer pas de casier pour stoker ses effets individuel chambre 4 lits bois rĂ©servĂ©e , les chambres et sanitaire sont vĂ©tuste mauvaise odeur partout eau chaude tiĂšde une rĂ©novation s’impose le personnel est trĂšs sympa et a notre service seul point positif je ne passerai plus par hĂŽtel.com premier et dernier essai Cordialement Travers Jacques

Les plus : Rien Ă  redire concernant l’accueil la restauration ou le personnel. Le point nĂ©gatif : la chambre ne donne pas envie, odeur d’humiditĂ©. La chambre certes dortoir pour 5 personnes ressemblait plus Ă  une cellule, peinture Ă©caillĂ©e. Hors sur les photos des chambres ne correspondaient pas Ă  la chambre que nous avons eu. Les sanitaires communs sont bien entretenus mais l’incivilitĂ© des gens malheureusement l’équipe de l’auberge n’y peu rien. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs bien, pain blanc, 2 sortes de cĂ©rĂ©ales, lait, jus d’orange, 2 sortes de beurre et de confitures, boisson chaude et petite partie salĂ©e . La literie est confortable et le linge de lit est Ă  disposition. Toutefois le mobilier n’est pas de premiĂšre jeunesse on s’en aperçoit quand on est dans le lit du dessous 
vu sur les Ă©critures du sommier du dessus Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est lĂ , j’ai conscience de l’ñge du bĂątiment mais mettre Ă  disposition des chambres comme celle que j’ai eu cela reste limite. Je reviendrai certainement pour y passer entre 1 et 3 nuits. Encore merci pour l’amabilitĂ© du personnel.

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab Wlan nur im lobby,. Das Bad ist außerhalb vom zimmer und am Ende vom Flur, was nachts sehr problematisch ist.

La façon d'ĂȘtre Ă  l'accueil est primordiale

Premier sĂ©jour d'une nuit , bon accueil par une jeune femme; DeuxiĂšme sĂ©jour rĂ©servĂ© via internet au prix de 17€ la nuit sans taxe de sĂ©jour, accueil tardif par un quinquagĂ©naire mĂąchant assidĂ»ment son chewing gum, plus que limite: "Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ExpĂ©dia vous a fait que 13€ la nuit, alors le bon prix est de 23€", me dit -il comme si cela Ă©tait de ma responsabilitĂ©. Je suis descendu dans des auberges de jeunesse de nombreuses villes du monde, et c'est l'auberge la plus Ă©loignĂ©e du centre de Poitiers, au confort spartiate, oĂč le client doit faire son propre lit, et finalement qui donne une impression aussi mitigĂ©e est bien regrettable.
