"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left a valuable personal item in the room. When I contacted the hotel, I did not receive the level of assistance or resolution I expected. This situation made me feel that guest belongings are not handled with the level of care they should be. I recommend that future guests be very careful with their personal items and double-check the room before leaving. ” "

"We were rather underwhelmed with this W property. The room was “tired” and the towels were in comical “Hotel 6 on the interstate” condition. Pretty weird (and gross) how several rounds of towels were equally old, tattered and grey. Quite a disappointing W experience after the brilliant W São Paulo stay we had in November. Overpriced and underwhelming."
