"Booked a large room and canceled it before the cut off date and rebooked a smaller room that became available. Was waiting a number of weeks for a refund and never happened. Hotels.com investigated it and the Hotel refused to pay the back the money. So I ended up paying twice for the same booking. So be very careful and probably don’t book here. Hotel room was fine but no table for working - so that was weird. They don’t have basic items available. They have 1 iron for clothes but no ironing...

"Place peace-full rocio 10/10 but food ok the only thing missing the rest good spaces in rooms clean need updated but good overall all the worker in the mantenience 10/10 the have the place pefec clean"

"Servicio de atención limitado, sin empoderamiento ni proactividad como para una resolución inmediata. El agua caliente de la habitación salía tibia lo cual no ayudaba en pleno invierno cuando la habitación tampoco estaba tan caliente (calefacción únicamente por aire acondicionado split). En la ducha había crema de manos en lugar de crema de enjuage. No volvería"
