You do have to cross a road and walk down a bit of mountain to get to the ocean. The ocean is stunning - make sure you pack water shoes as the beach is pebbly. “This was a perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. I also hiked to the church easily at sunrise from here. The bougainvillea around the pool was spectacular.
