Me, my wife and two small kids arraived by car at 1730. We could not get in so we tried calling the "hotel". We also did the digital checkin but go no respons.
So we ended up having to find another hotel in panic around 19.00 (when our kids usually go to sleep). Tries getting hold of them for more than 1.5 hours.
At around 22.00 someone from the "hotel" called us, and when i asked for a refund for the prepaid booking (3 nights) they hanged up the phone.
