โThis is a nice place to stay. Very very close to the fall and its environs. Quiet and comfortable. Neat and well-equipped. Walkable distance to the falls. I can't say enough. Glad to have chosen this place to stay with my family. Contained us conveniently. 11 of us! โ
โDog-friendly AND clean, not a combo you find too often! Nice sitting areas in lobby. Room was updated, spacious with good lighting, beds very comfy. Pool and workout room were clean and well-equipped. Excellent location for an overnight visit to Niagara. Walking distance to park, restaurants, shops. Indoor parking deck is nearby but not attached. Breakfast was a little disappointing (bacon cold and rubbery) but they do offer it. Easy enough to skip that part though and grab a bite elsewhere!...
โGood hotel!! Bu, during three days, I have never had my room cleaned up. So, I had had to take out the trash. Except this, I am satisfied with this hotel. โ
โThe house is easily accessible. The neighbors are verry pleasant. Verry clean and felt like being home not a hotel. Very big we had 6 adults and 5 children work great for us . Close parking to the home . I had great communication with the host .would highly recommend. โ
โRequested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6...
โWe could check in 7pm because of the shortage of staff(they said, and never said sorry). The suite was dirty, toilet didn't be flushed, and the crews were not kind. Besides, they knocked door before 10am for room cleaning. We should be hurry up for check out. So we just stayed the suite room for 15 hours very uncomfortably. Never recommend this hotel. โ
