Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast

"We loved the breakfast buffet. The options were really great! Would most definitely stay here again because of the breakfast! However, didn’t like the situation with the elevators. One elevator was inoperable & the other was really slow. They are smaller, so usually you have to wait a couple of times to get on. The staff are so polite & professional. I would say that it makes up for the bad elevator. It’s not the best hotel, but it’s definitely far from being the worse. I’d recommend & will also return. Thank you."

"Room was clean, had electric charging in the parking lot and they had a very useful shuttle to take you within a 3 mile radius around the hotel which was a lot of the Waimea and other attractions"

"I was very pleased with this resort. My favorite part was the private lagoon area. I had a partial ocean view room that was lovely. Listening to the ocean waves as I fell asleep was memorable. My only peeve was: I walked to town specifically to grab a coffee then enjoy breakfast at the resort. The waitress told me I could not have an outside drink. She was quite rude. I ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Not a big deal but I think that was a bit excessive. Other than one rude staff member all the others were so kind and helpful. Danny (one of the pool attendant) was great. And recommended water shoes to avoid foot injuries in the lagoon. He was right!! (Thank you Danny) I would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean room, fully equipped, laundry set with complimentary laundry detergent, ice maker, and spacious. Only thing is the salon restroom could be more equipped for those with late flights, such as lotion, toiletries to use, hair dryers, and a sturdy shower curtain. Mine fell on me a few times while soaking wet."
