โThe property owners made us feel welcomed easy to check in. Communicated with us to ensure we made it safely. The property is extremely cute, clean and comfortable. Checked into a cute room with clean and comfortable sheets. Made our anniversary vacation extra special with flowers and wine. Walked around got to enjoy the property spaces library and water tower. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained everything was.

Edward was so hospitable from the moment we arrived to the beautiful home & instantly made us feel like a part of the family. โBest price for the area that I found when I went. Convenient to find. With walking distance of a Safeway for shopping. Relatively clean and very comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge, which helped with my meal planning for road trip. Front desk personnel were polite and easy. Would recommend. โ
โWhat a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.โ
