โThe property owners made us feel welcomed easy to check in. Communicated with us to ensure we made it safely. The property is extremely cute, clean and comfortable. Checked into a cute room with clean and comfortable sheets. Made our anniversary vacation extra special with flowers and wine. Walked around got to enjoy the property spaces library and water tower. โBed comfort. Good position close to Glass Beach. Fort Bragg is a must-to-go small but beautiful town. Enjoyed the kind and welcoming service of this hotel. You can find lovable food easily in the town.โ
โWe only stayed one night, so my review will be limited. The bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good nightโs rest. Parking was a little tight but overall a very nice placeโ
โStayed at Ocean View Lodge. Easy check in, large comfy rooms, beautiful view from private balcony. Kept the trip simple with pizza from D'Aurelios (absolutely delicious), went to Egghead's for breakfast first morning

โWhen we first arrived 27 minutes earlier the lady said the room was not ready so we went back to the car for 3:00 pm check in. I think she knew I was a bit irritated that we couldnโt check in early and she came out to the parking lot to get us.. when I opened the door I chuckled as the room was super small. That didnโt bother me because it was super clean. I picked the cheapest room they had so it makes sense that it was tiny. Most important super clean.. โ
โWe had the best time staying with Edward and his family at Captain's Quarters in Fort Bragg. Edward was so hospitable from the moment we arrived to the beautiful home & instantly made us feel like a part of the family. The Captain's Quarters was a beautiful property with historic & meticulously maintained rooms, located a short ten-minute walk from Downtown Fort Bragg and just a little bit further to the beach. โWhat a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.โ
โBest price for the area that I found when I went. Convenient to find. With walking distance of a Safeway for shopping. Relatively clean and very comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge, which helped with my meal planning for road trip. Front desk personnel were polite and easy. Would recommend. โ
