“Live bugs in the room and dead ones in the refrigerator. I left early.”

“Room was very poorly repaired. The sink was falling off of the wall. The amenities are just enough so they could list it on their description.”

“Rooms were not ready for check in despite time provided by staff. No room cleaning or anything like that without asking. For 300 plus a night, would have liked something that set it apart from other hotels in the area.”

“We stayed at this motel for one night and found it to be okay for a short visit, especially if you are planning to explore Big Sur. The room was fairly basic. I also preferred to use my own blanket and towel for comfort. It was a bit noisy at times, but overall it was acceptable for a quick overnight stay given the convenient location.”

“Amazing views, fire pits, games, heated pool. Rooms are okay, staff was very helpful.”

“To start with, our room was not ready when we got to the hotel and it was check-in time. If the maid was just finishing up that would be fine, but the room was wide open, the bed unmade, dirty towels everywhere, and no one in or around the room. It made me flashback to a time I tried to rent a room in another city and was told I would need to change the sheets myself. Yikes! I went back to the office and the desk clerk didn't know where the cleaning person was. I asked if they had another room...
