This camping hotel, which is advertised as a regular hotel, is still not quite finished yet (there is lots of lamp cables without lamps attached to them), but it is already suffering from severe ant infestation. Upon arrival (we were travelling with a 1year old), we needed to change rooms because of the many ants in our original room. We rejected the offered insect spray, as those strong chemicals will work against both ants and 1-year-old infants. The room we changed into had no ants on the first day, but the air conditioning worked only at low power. We preferred the higher temperature to the ant infestation. On our 3rd night, however, the ants had also invaded this room. As it was our last night, we didn't do anything about it. On arrival, we were promised that hot water would be available to us by means of the coffee/espresso machine in the bar across from the hotel, which is operated by the same people as the hotel. However, when we actually needed hot water (for preparing baby food), we were told that the bar was closed and we should "just turn the tap water to hot" (ridiculous). Electric water heating is not available from the reception, and there are no microwaves. There are no cribs. It is really close to the local "Circumvesuviana" train station and to the Pompei Ruins main entrance.
The hotel advertisement also mentions that the hotel has a restaurant, but they neglect to mention that it is closed in the evening and thus useless.
The breakfast was pretty ok
