“I liked that it was a beach front and how they had a pool so like the surroundings.I didn’t like how the room was filled of led dust and just not how it shows in the picture it was very moldy and not a good environment the lights don’t work the sheets are dirty some of the furniture are very old and it was just overall filthy.”

“The staff was exceptional .. We loved the location we could see the river from our room. We did feel the place needs some renovations for example the table in our patio needs to be painted and deck looks old needs to be stained. also felt the pool area needs some tlc.. especially after visiting the spa's pool which was so inviting and beautiful.”

“It is the most terrible experience I have lived in a hotel, loud music in the rooms, dirty room, dirty sheets, bad smell inside and outside the room and garbage in the corridor outside the rooms, I have photos of what I say; I had to leave the hotel 9 hours later; I made my formal complaint at reception 5 minutes after having checked in And the smell of terrible marijuana”

“Staff was good and breakfast was quite complete. It was all a bit dated. Hallways and floors, just need refurbishing. It was clean. It just wasn't in good shape. Also the poor night staff had to run front desk, shop, and do guest service runs.”
