We stayed on the second floor and the room was not soundproof. It was pretty loud at night whenever people talked at the first floor or at the reception. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious and clean.

Best hotel in town! Great service, great location, great amenities (free private parking, spacious and beautiful rooms). Walking distance from the city centre, very nice breakfast. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a birthday cake in my room! The staff is very kind and professional. Highly recommend !

Passable hotel for one night
Stayed for one night prior to flying out, was placed in a room by a staff/emergency exit on the end of a hallway. The hallways & doors are extremely loud and was disruptive for sleeping. I also didn't feel exactly secure with the balcony being at street level but locked it tight and didn't want to make a bother with only staying one night. With the white ledges/luggage area and bathrooms there are many unsightly scuffs and it appears dirty. Shower drain seemed clogged as it took over half hour to drain. OK hotel to stay for a night but wouldn't be comfortable there for more.

Trygt og sikkert. Højt niveau på rengøring.
Her bliver gjort rent. Hver dag og i mange timer. Dejlige store værelser. Tæt på centrum. Lidt underspillet personale, men nærværende. Fællesareal lidt tomt for øvrige gæster. Fint med p plads midt i byen. Trygt og sikkert.

The hotel is maintained excellently, very clean and almost new. Bedroom has a good sleep mattresses, every day service. Having a car is a necessity in order to visit the island, so available parking make it very comfortable and worry free. The streets are very, very narrow and not a lot available parking spaces, although there are no strict rules about parking, people park on the streets.

Lovely and modern property with a good breakfast. Comfortable, clean and walking distance from the city centre. Near shops and restaurants and a local bakery(next door). A great place to stay in Ponta Delgada with limited parking and after a day out exploring.

Lovely stay
Room was quite small but had a nice balcony. Hotel in a traditional style building in a quiet street but walkable to all the attractions. Staff very helpful

I stayed at this property twice: a couple nights at the beginning of my trip and one night at the end. The design was very modern and serene. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, it was too early for check in, so the gentleman at the front desk invited me to put my luggage in a secure closet, gave me a map and suggested some places to visit as well as a local bar to get some breakfast. The included breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh bread, pastries, eggs, bacon, etc. It's convenient to the marina/downtown area as well as the gardens, Parque Atlantique, etc. I felt safe walking solo. And the aroma of bread baking from the bakery next door was intoxicating! Reception even arranged a taxi for me to get to the airport both times. My only issue with the hotel was when I stayed the last night. I was in a room across the parking lot (opposite reception). My bathroom smelled of septic/sewage. Everything looked clean, but it was somewhat unpleasant. That said, I'd certainly consider staying there again if I find myself in Ponta Delgada!

We had no working shower during our 2night stay. We told staff repeatedly, but they didn't get it fixed (they said they did). The drain didn't work properly so our whole bathroom was flooded after 1min of shower use.

Great stay
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good, and we even got a packed breakfast to go because our flight was so early, that we wouldn't be able to enjoy it on site.

Renovated recently with modern design. Our flight arrived late and the hotel had a friendly reception on staff to greet us. Breakfast was included. It’s well above the 3 star rating.

Très bon hôtel !
Hôtel moderne, très bien situé à quelques pas du centre ville. Personnel très accueillant et serviable (réservation de taxi pour notre cas). La chambre était très propre, bien insonorisée. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour court comme long.

Todo nuevo, de diseño cuidado, cama muy cómoda y recomendable 100%. Muy bien ubicado y una suerte que tenga aparcamiento propio dentro de sus instalaciones. Aparcar en Punta Delgada es un problema. El desayuno muy bueno aunque le faltaba variedad, estuvimos 7 noches y acabamos algo cansados. El personal muy amable, por poner algún pero, nadie hablaba español en el hotel, salvo un par de palabras; Están más preparados para turistas Portugueses e Ingleses.

Nice hotel and great location.
Great experience. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy and the hotel is open air (great during Covid times). Location is 5 min walk to downtown City Centre.
