This 4 star property is very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen has all you need to cook a delicious Portuguese meal. It’s close to everything including shopping and restaurants. I will definitely go back. The breakfast was excellent.

We upgraded to an apartment unit and were happy with the amenities provided. The staff were very friendly and efficient and willing to assist us with our needs and questions. Communication was easy. The only complaint is noises from above and in the hallway area. Minor inconvenience. Parking was easy and location great.

This was our second visit to Hotel Gaivota Azores and we would come back again gladly. The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing.
