This hotel is new and beautiful,very clean, the food is great, the location is perfect, walkable to so many good restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was great - beautiful rooms, the comfiest beds, the pool area was perfect! Carina was fabulous - though we were only there for a night in between islands, she helped make our transition smooth and stress free! The location was awesome and in walking distance to the attractions too. My only regret was that we only had one night here. We will be back!

The hotel staff was among the nicest helpful and most professional i have encountered. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. Pool area was gorgeous and the restaurant top tier. Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had such an amazing time! A BIG thank you to all the staff — so friendly, so polite. The location is perfect, and the restaurant and breakfast were rich and tasty. An unforgettable holiday! One of nicest hotels that i stayed. Originally I booked room with out terrace, but without any problem i was given room with terrace looking over pool area. Food is excellent, breakfast was delightful, great choice of hot and cold food. Restaurant is serving lunch and dinner and choice is good. Rooms are good size with nice bathroom. Overall hotel is in excellent condition,5 minutes from harbour and lot of restaurants in walking distances. Only little thing is there is not enough parking spaces it first come first served.

Brand new hotel - super clean and modern. Pools were beautiful and loved the central location with easy parking options (hotel had a lot - first come first serve, but also public parking down the street. Food was excellent - we ended up having larger lunches out, so opted for few dinners at the hotel itself with our younger kids. Never was disappointed in the service or the food itself. Beds were comfy. Only complaint was the shower design often caused a very wet bathroom floor…though that was not unaided by my children in the shower.

New property that is modern and in a perfect area. I think it could use a few improvements on the basics that hotels should provide. No condiitoner, no body gel, no lotion, needs bath mats or something else so bathroom isn’t a concrete block. Other than that the relaxation of the pool is incredible and unique for the area. No gym which was shocking given other spa areas. Clean and new and has great potential. Friendliest staff!

Beautiful building in great nestled location, within 10 minute walk to water. Onsite bar & restaurant was delicious & spacious. Staff didn’t really love the Americans, but great food/bev. Pool area outside was gorgeous & front desk staff was always so helpful. They have a huge spa on site too. And most rooms had balconies, which was great to sit outside & overlook pool/view. Glad we stayed here :)

My flight was canceled and then canceled again due to the weather. Ended up spending an extra 5 nights in Ponta Delgada. Found the hotel via Expedia. Beautiful hotel! It looks brand new. Property is very well maintained. Rooms are very very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool looks nice but it was too cold for a dip. The spa is very nice. Must wear a head cap if you use the indoor pool. Hotel is downtown and walking distance to many shops and great restaurants. Make sure you make reservations for lunch and dinner. Being a solo traveler it was sometimes difficult to just pop into a place and eat. There’s a laundromat just a three minute walk from the hotel. Drop off and pick up. Very convenient as I ran out of clean clothes to wear while on an extended vacation. Rent a car to see the most of the island. Get up early and go! Have a backup plan should the weather not cooperate with your plans. I saw a lot and was happy with having a car. Came right before it got too crowded. Parts of the island seemed magical! Really only need 4 solid days to see almost all of it. Staying downtown is ideal as a home base. Would absolutely stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to solo, couples or group travelers.

The staff are knowledgeable and always ready to help, they even reminded me of a possible cancellation of my next day flight due to weather! Saved my life. The hotel is quite new and equipped with everything you could think of, sauna, pool, steam room with towel provided. All you need to do is simply ask. I had a wonderful time there and would choose to stay again next time I visit Azores.

Beautiful rooms and even though it is a busy location, it is still quiet in the hotel. The breakfast that is included is very good and there are lots of choices. The team at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
