This hotel was great. The location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. The staff and communication was also very good. Only two draw backs were the beds were a little hard and if you are downstairs, people in the upstairs rooms make noise that transfer downstairs and is very loud. We had two rooms and in both rooms, the noise from upstairs was bad while we were trying to sleep. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Azores as its positives are much stronger than any negatives.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay if looking for a quiet, homey location with car parking. There is no receptionist, which wasn't a problem at all--they gave clear instructions on how to enter a code for the parking lot gate as well as the door to the hotel itself and my key was waiting for us on a hook with my name on it upon entering the hotel. We were in suite #3--extremely spacious and newly renovated. It had a sizable living room with a TV and refrigerator, a huge bedroom with a queen-sized mattress, big closet space and a bathroom with a bathtub. We only stayed for one night but I could see if being a lovely spot to stay for longer. Breakfast was delicious and served in a large communal dining room. There was also a charming communal living room with a fireplace and sofas. I highly recommend eating at 4 Platanos just 5 minutes due west in Santo Antonio. They had delicious food and a view to die for.

Very clean, easy check in and out, there isnt really anyone around, but they are quite fast and responsive via whatsapp. Had no issues, easy parking. Only thing is, if you get room facing the road, it can get quite loud with cars, but at night its quiet. One thing to keep in mind, is this town is very quiet and there arent any restaurants within walking distance, so you will need to drive out to places.

The common areas are beautiful, the rooms are functional, bathrooms updated. The property is adjacent to a main road; it’s noisy, not peaceful. Breakfast lacked good choices for protein, but was rich in pastries. If you don’t like ham, your protein is hb egg which you have to peel or expired, spoiled yogurt. I ended up buying my own Greek yogurt and bringing my own cold water. They could use a water filtration dispenser/ice machine.

Schone, grote kamer. Fris en nieuw. Mooie badkamer. Eigen parkeerplek.
