Já é a terceira vez que ficamos neste hotel e o atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã são excepcionais mas vou deixar aqui agora uma reclamação pois na primeira vez em outubro/21 fiz uma sugestão e disseram que já estava sendo providenciado: NÃO TEM DUCHA HIGIÊNICA. Uma coisa tão simples que mudaria em muito o conforto oferecido. Outra coisa é que neste último quarto não tinha onde colocar as malas pois na mesa não cabia e podia riscar e na cadeira também não

Excelente hospedagem em Ponta Grossa

Desde o atendimento inicial via WhatsApp, na chegada, durante e na saída tudo muito tranquilo. Quarto e banheiro amplos, espaço excelente para um casal. Otima ducha, com frigobar, TV a cabo NET e estacionamento próprio do hotel e gratuito. Localização do hotel é central. Café da manhã excelente com opções variadas. Ponto negativo: barulho à noite do encanamento e de portas.

Estacionamento amplo. O quarto é pequeno mas não chega a ser apertado pois a disposição do mobiliário foi bem planejada. Possui itens iteis que muitos hotéis não fornecem como dois bons travesseiros e tomada na cabeceira das camas. O que tem de mais simples é o café da manhã que poderia melhorar um pouco.

Localizado no centro da cidade, próximo a rodoviária e ao shopping. Possui estacionamento para os hóspedes. O café da manhã possui itens feitos na hora sob demanda do hóspede. Boa variedade. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos. O quarto estava limpo e era confortável. Internet funcionou bem. Possui TV com canais pagos (Net). No térreo tem uma loja de conveniência com opções para refeições rápidas e bebidas. Pontos de álcool gel em vários pontos do hotel. Recomendo

Fui surpreendido positivamente ao me hospedar no Luds. Excelente hotel, viajo muito a trabalho, em muitos estados e cidades, e Hotel é sempre um desafio obter um bom custo-benefício. No Luds encontrei excelente localização, muito bom acesso ao estacionamento, muito bem recebido no check in. Instalações perfeitas. Algo muito difícil de encontrar nos hotéis é boa iluminação no quarto, para bancada de trabalho. E o quarto do Luds é bem iluminado. Um café da manhã maravilho que conta com excelente atendimento da simpática e prestativa Dona Eugenia. Só melhoraria um pequeno detalhe, aquela fichinha que pedem para preenchermos a caneta. Rsrsrsrs.
