Clean, tidy and comfortable

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, hot powerful shower. Reception staff are polite and professional providing an excellent service.

La chambre était assez grande et confortable avec un grand bureau. Le personnel était accueillant Le petit-déjeuner est en libre service sous forme de buffet. Le bémol est sur le repas du soir qui est cher pour les plats proposés. J'ai préféré ne pas le prendre et aller manger en ville. La soirée étape est également un prix élevé.

Je ne laisse jamais d’avis négatif mais là je suis obligé d’alerter les future clients ainsi que les responsables de l’hôtel quand à sa médiocrité. C’est ma pire expérience dans un hôtel, odeur atroce de renfermé, draps jaunis par la saleté, trace de mascara sur les oreillers, poussière au quatre coin de la pièce, carte de chambre défectueuse, chasse d’eau défectueuse qui faisait un bruit ahurissant, trous dans les murs et j’en passe. Les photos des chambres présentent sur le site internet ne sont pas représentatives de l’offre proposé en réalité. Cet hôtel est à fuir et c’est d’ailleurs ce que nous avons fait après une réflexion de 2min prise entre les odeurs, le bruit et l’angoisse montante. 80€ jetter par la fenêtre j’espère au moins qu’il serviront à rénover ce taudis. Merci au personnel qui quant à eux était très sympathique.

Le personnel est sympathique. Mais l'hotel est vieillissant..donc chambres pas tres clean malgré le menage. Clim réversible défaillante et pas de solution. Coupure generale de télévision tout le week-end...pas de chance! Pas mal de choses à revoir dans ses hotels pour la chaine campanile. Et à Michein pour l'attribution des etoiles! 3* est peut-etre sur évalué !?

Des choses à revoir

Bon accueil et general presente bien . Deja plusieurs séjours dans cet hotel. Mais cette fois-ci 2 problemes . 1er chambre et nuit matelas hs mal dormis sur les rsesort du matelas. 2 eme chambre ok mais pas de service chambre entre 2 eme et 3 eme nuit ( lit, serviette,menage, café etc abscent ) et zero indemnité.

séjour court une seule nuit du 31 au 01 un accueil plus que très correct la chambre est de bonne taille l'ensemble est très bien avec un tarif très abordable rien a redire je le conseille
