"Giacomo, co-owner of the property, was so kind to give us some basic education and guidance for Siena which helped us navigate and understand the city better. Parking was plentiful and the open view from the property was beautiful. I was fortunate enough to meet a Swedish lady who told me that this was her third stay at the property. Breakfast was wonderful and very local European-style rather than American. You can enjoy indoors or outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary...

"Bedroom was renovated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and with many options. Parking spots at the hotel are very limited and made for small cars. Location is great, close to train station and walking distance of the old town and main square."

"Staff were nice enough, except the night guy who told me I must be screwing up my computer because the internet works fine. When it did not work in our room. He was super room. Found out the next day the internet HAS been a problem and the nice front desk clerk apologized for the guy before. So that was nice. The beds were the least comfortable beds I have ever slept in."
