Overall this has been a great place. The building is getting a little dated but they've still done a good job keeping it clean and welcoming. We've stayed here a few times and each time the staff has been amazing to work with especially when we're coming in at a pretty late hour

The room was very nice and clean. Pillows are too soft, but I've not stayed in a hotel where they were not. The pool was a little cold for me but my son loved it. We had a great little vacation. The kind people at the hotel, a clean comfy room and a great pool and hot tub where a mighty big part of it.

We had a handicap room. That room was very nice. We had a walk in shower that unfortunately sprayed water all over the floor. Our bathroom sink was a slow drainer.

The front desk staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful.
Our room was clean, a little musty smelling but not bad. Had to go down and ask for an iron to use but one was found quickly and the front desk clerk was SUPER helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again.

The gentleman at the front desk, Tao was extremely helpful and welcoming. He was there every single night and always had a smile on his face and continued each evening when we came in to ask if there was anything he could do for us, tell us to have a good evening, etc.
A lot of other places we've stayed at don't have someone at the front desk to welcome you like Tao does. We really appreciated this.
