The staff was friendly, helpful and extremely generous. The pool was clean and food was amazing. On our first night, we were given a tour of the hotel, where we learned about its history and how they remain committed to ecotourism. Definitely recommend as it is close to Palma and Cala D'or

We had a great time there. They have a great outdoor pool with plenty of sun beds. It also has indoor pool and jacuzzi, a cold plunge, tenis court and racquets and balls available. Breakfast is usually abundant and great. We had dinner there twice and was probably the best meals during our stay. David, Maria and Raul and most of the guys in the restaurants are very helpful. The room was big enough for our family of 4. We love how dark the rooms get and enjoyed waking up late. We traveled during summer and it was easy to commute to Palma, Portocristo, Cala d’Or, Portocolom, Santanyí and other nice places around. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax stay away from crowds.

Wir haben uns die 10 Tage in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch wenn das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (bald steht eine umfassende Renovierung an) hat es uns an nichts gemangelt. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Silvio verdient eine namentliche Erwähnung, als Star der Terrasse. Aber egal ob Reinigungskraft, Gärtner, Praktikant, Masseur, Rezeptionist….alle umwerfend! Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen und auch wiederkommen! Kleine Anmerkung: Auto sollte man dabei haben. Perfekte Erholung durch ruhige Lage bringt auch wenig in der Umgebung mit sich. Wer auf Nightlife und Beachausflüge steht, sollte mobil sein.

Die Finca liegt etwas abseits und ist sehr schön. Der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Die Area um den Pool ist schön. Man kann dort gut entspannen. Wirklich positiv hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Leider setzt sich der positive Eindruck in keinster Weise bei den Zimmern fort. Diese sind maximal 2 Sterne und leider etwas abgewohnt. Beim Frühstück musste man leider jeden Tag mehrere Male in der Küche nachfragen, ob die leeren Platten bitte wieder aufgefüllt werden könnten. Für ein angeblich 4 Sterne Haus erwarte ich mehr. Das vorhandene Potential wird leider nicht genutzt.

Dejligt sted med en masse tid til afslapning og aktiviteter. Rigtig dejlig mad både morgen og aften - dog skal man komme lidt tidligt til morgenmaden, da der ikke bliver fyldt så meget op. Gode cykler, som man kunne leje gratis samt spille tennis og meget mere. Lille fitnesscenter, men som fint kan benyttes. Alt i alt et skønt sted, som vi gerne besøger igen.

Wirklich sehr schön idyllisch gelegenes Hotel mit viel Charme. Tolle Außenanlagen und authentisch rustikales Flair des Hotels. Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Zimmer wirken auf den ersten Blick etwas rustikal, haben mir aber von Tag zu Tag mehr zugesagt. Insgesamt sehr authentisch und empfehlenswert.

Ein tolles Hotel, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Gastfreundschaft. Besonders gut hat mir der Poolbereich gefallen, und die kostenfreien Fahrräder. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Lovely environment but some details missing

Magical environment, a lot of things to do like horse back riding, gym, tracks, bikes, yoga, tennis. Beautiful nature. On the down side the rooms was not 100% clean, we stayed in a small stone house and we had spider webs in the corners and it was dusty. The bed was hard. The food was not good at all but the waiters did their absolute best to give us nice service.

Da das Hotel gut 3,5 km entfernt von den nächsten Ort liegt ist Entspannung und Erholung garantiert. Die Anlage ist herrlich schön romantisch und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die herzliche Begrüßung mit Sektchen und die Erklärung des Hotels war der nächste positive Eindruck! Das gesamte Personal super freundlich, hilfsbereit und geduldig. Wir hatten eine Reitstunde bei Martina. Wir, beide blutige Anfänger, erfuhren durch Martinas freundliche, offene und herzliche Art ein tolles Erlebnis auf den Pferden. Die gemütliche Runde auf den Pferde. Übers Hotelgelände hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Großes Lob an Sie! Rundum fühlten wir uns wohl! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Bad mittelgroß, z.T. mit Vorsicht zu genießen (einegbauter historischer Bogen). Sehr effektive Kühlung im Zimmer. Frühstück wenig abwechslungssreich, aber durchaus ausreichend. Gute Küche. Ausgedehnte Anlage mit großem Pool und mehreren Sportangeboten. Insgesamt recht empfehlenwert.

We have spent a week at Sa Bassa with our extended family (grandparents, babies, toddlers, teenagers), and the hotel was perfect to accommodate our various needs. The menu varies from day to day and offers fresh, healthy and delicious food options with ingredients sourced directly from the island accompanied by excellent wines. The staff was always very attentive and helpful. They were able to accommodate a request for a ‘big family style’ paella at a short notice. A very relaxing place to get pampered.
