We did just have a very busy weekend, with lot of kids in and out of the pool quite often,, though the cleanliness should be kept up and will inform management about the concerns regarding the pool as well. Good afternoon Saheel, I am sorry to hear your stay with us was negative. We do our best to accomodate early check ins, though with check out time being at 11AM, this makes early check ins a struggle, especially for an group block. We were completely sold out for the days your team were here, and the night before you had arrived as well. Our housekeeping team works hard and as quickly as possible to have the rooms turned over and ready for the next arrivng guests.We have just recently closed our kitchen and restaurant in the beginning of December for renovations that is happening to the hotel. The restaurant dining area has been used and still is being used as a storage area for all the new equipment, supplies, etc for these renovations. And yes, unfortunately, the third party booking agencies have not updated our information, even with several efforts on our end to have them do this. Good evening Nathanial, Thank you for your comments and review. I am sorry to hear you had issues during your stay. With our rooms being smaller, and where the smoke detectors are place, unfortunately, a hot shower can sometimes set the alarms off. Though, I am not sure if this might of have been the case with your stay. I will let management know about the detector and the sink not running properly.
