Overall a nice property, if they had the proper management and the owner not doing EVERYTHING it would be better. Time to pay, the owner has to come in, guest must wait, anything broken, owner has to come, he never did for the clogged bath tub. No towel service, staff don’t show up, NO ONE at the front desk. Chef only one on property, can’t answer questions, it’s not his capacity anyway, he did the best he could. Dining area needs care, ants in the sugar, please use a sugar shaker not a bowl. No coffee, no staff to turn on water and machine in the early morning. I think it comes down to owner not wanting to pay and is cheap. Guest service comes first. While you’re not able to measure up to large properties, please improve the SERVICE, your staff is complaining to the guest, because you don’t pay them, they have no interest in showing up to perform. Please incentivize them and encourage them, they want to work. You nickle and dime them and they become disenfranchised. Why is front office cleaning rooms, working in laundry, helping in the dining room. You need a phone so guest can call from the room. I feel bad as a guest, this taints the experience. Not sure I would recommend.
