For an overnight stop this was perfect. It is close to the beach. There was no balcony and the picture on the advertising materials was for a different part. However, the room was spacious and met what we required.

Beautiful location. The room was nice and the kitchen items are great. One small thing: they require you to take out your own trash at the end of your stay. This is highly unusual for a hotel. It's not an Airbnb and this should not be expected.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate post Great Ocean Walk. The accomodation was clean and spacious. We reported one little issue (nothing we were overly concerned about) and it was fixed when we returned later that evening by friendly staff. This perfectly located motel has views of Port Campbell inlet from all rooms and is directly across the road from this beautiful swimming beach, jetty and grassed areas. Accomodation provides comfortable bed, simple clean bathroom and tea/ coffee facilities. That is all you need as this picturesque location is for outside swimming, hiking and short drives to the viewing highlights of The Great Ocean Road. Short stroll to excellent dining options.
