Das Hotel ist ehe mittelmäßig
Das erster Tag war schrecklich die Zimmern haben gestunken wir hatten Gartenblick gebucht und bekommen haben wir Blick auf den Küchendach, Bettwäsche waren benutzt mit Haare und Brotkrümel . Nach Reklamation wurde am nächsten Tag die Zimmer geändert ab da war alles viel besser Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Das Essen war genügend da aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist es mittelmäßig vorallem alles wurde ohne salz zubereitet. Das Personal war teilweise freundlich am meisten zu europäischen Gästen. Das Hotel ist mittelmäßig und nicht zu vergleichen mit ein 5 Sterne Hotel in Antalya.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour même s’il n’avait pourtant pas forcément bien démarré. La réceptionniste brune à l’accueil est hyper désagréable. Elle n’explique rien et on avait clairement l’impression de l’embêter. Sur les 4 chambres réservées avec vue mer 1 n’avait pas la vue mais ils nous l’ont changé le lendemain. L’hôtel a sérieusement besoin d’un coup de neuf malgré les efforts du personnel (rafraîchissement de la peinture dans les couloirs, ménage ok, les employés de service sont adorables. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées par contre la literie est géniale on a super bien dormi ! Merci infiniment au personnel du restaurant qui se sont dévoués pour nous régaler et nous servir tous les jours avec le sourire avec mention spéciale pour notre repas tunisien..merci encore ! Le buffet est vraiment bien garni que ce soit le matin, mention spéciale à l’adorable dame qui fait les omelettes : les meilleures de toute ! Le midi et le soir les plats changent c’est super ! Par contre les cocktails ne sont vraiment pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. hormis les cocktails spéciaux réalisés rien que pour nous par certains Barman :) Gros problème au niveau du spa : jamais de place au vu du nombre de touristes et de la capacité d’accueil. La salle de sport ferme à 17h et nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la salle de RPM. C’est vraiment dommage ! La plage n’est pas nettoyé donc pas du comme sur les photos… Bravo et merci au reste du personnel pour votre gentillesse (animation…)

Restaurant service is horrible
The overall service is amazing, when I arrived the check in was so fast and they gave me a room upgrade. The whole stuff is amazing and care about each aspect. EXCEPT when it comes to the restaurant, horrible horrible experience that I lived more than once. This is my go to hotel and I recommend it for so many people including my own family. In the restaurant they book you a table and nothing is respected after. I had 1 night blown away and I had to buy my own food from outside the hotel (even that I booked all inclusive). They kept moving us from one table to another, they were so rude (at the service level not at the management level) and I heard racist terms from one of the servers stating that I cannot stay in one of the table (seems like I'm not the clientele that they would allow at those table) even that the table was reserved with my room number. So sad to live that experience, I would think thousand time before re-booking here.

Ne rencontre pas les standards d’un 5 étoiles. Je dirais 4 tout au plus. Chambre confortable mais un peu vieille et mal entretenue. Hôtel bien situé, la qualité du service des employés est variable.

C'était parfait sauf que une incendie à la fin a boulversé notre séjours. Un certain Badreddine ( responsable des chefs et des serveurs ) n'a pas du tout été professionnel. En effet on était en train de manger dans notre table et d'un coup ce monsieur est venu nous dire mot par mot sans même dire un salut ou j'espère que vous aimez votre repas ou un truc du genre. Il a juste dit <> nous avons repondu poliment qu'on est deja assis a cette place hier et qu'on savait pas ou s'assoir exactement comme y'avait quelqu'un pour nous guider. Du coup ce monsieur il a dit cette place et pour d'autres personnes et bouger de ici. Aucun savoir vivre et aucun professionnalisme envers les client. On savait pas quoi faire on a juste bougé mais on n'etait pas du tout content. Bref le sejours etait magnifique mais malheureusement ce monsieur l'a boulversé a la fin. Je vous prie de lui faire apprendre comment reagir avec des clients. Merci

Hôtel bien pour le prix payé grâce à la plateforme. Par contre extension du séjour à tarif largement supérieur, ce fut une mauvaise surprise. Activités annexe a déconseiller. Mauvaise expérience avec la balade en dromadaire.

Was really disspointed with this stay
I was really disspointed with the service + I had an argument with restaurant staff, they do not respect customers. I hope that the managment deal with this point.

Cher Pasquini, Nous vous remercions pour le feedback. Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour chez nous n'a pas été à la hauteur des attentes bien que toute l'équipe se donne à fond pour vous satisfaire. Nous sommes également un peu surpris par rapport à votre remarque concernant l'emplacement, sachant que nous jouissons d'une localisation privilégiée, au cœur de Port El Kantaoui, ou vous trouvez absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin : hypermarchés, boutiques, pharmacie, restaurants et cafés et quelques uns des lounge bar les plus prisés, le tout accessible à pied. Juste à l'entrée de l'hôtel il y a une station de taxis et avec une simple demande à la réception, le staff est toujours ravi d'appeler un taxi pour vous pour éviter la marche entre la réception et l'entrée de l'hôtel. Nous sommes navrés pour le désagrément temporaire causé par l'ascenseur en panne. Nous espérons vous accueillir de nouveau dans un futur proche, étant convaincus que vous pouvez passer un très beau séjour dans notre resort. Meilleures salutations,
