The Lamana Hotel was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very professional. The dining options were great and the Gold Club was very enjoyable. Parking was available. The Vision City shopping mall was nearby. I would definitely recommend the Lamana Hotel.

The room is nicely laid out and decorated. The bed is comfortable and great for sleeping. I wish the hotel provided toiletries (lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush), makeup mirror (magnified mirror) and sleepers. My problem was the location. There were fights Saturday night into Sunday morning. All-out fights and I called the management but nothing was done. Apparently, it's just a regular Saturday night brawl that happens all the time according to people I asked. I never felt safe in my stay there.

Really enjoyed my stay at Lamana Hotel. The services and hospitality is excellent. The free fruits served in the morning and free muffins served in the afternoon to the room was something never experienced before, loved it. Would be back for more stays.

Very nice stay with super helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I both like this hotel and its selection of food offerings. The room was nice, clean and very comfortable also. The help from the Concierge staff was appreciated very much and the trustworthy taxi driver booked was very good (Shelby). My only gripe (and why I did not give excellent five star score) is that the WiFi is buggy and keeps dropping off unless you are in the main hotel areas. My plans to work peacefully without distraction in my room were thwarted by this issue. This is the second room I have stayed in at this hotel this year where room WiFi was poor to non-existent. This needs to be fixed.

Lamana is a nice hotel. They give you soaps and shampoo and conditioner, plus tea, etc in your room. I had airport pickup booked, but it seems the list wasn't updated and didn't have my name on it. Not to worry, someone contacted Don who was at the domestic terminal (I was at international) and he came and rang for the bus to come. Don was very friendly and chatty, which was nice. The shower is nice, but the doorless design isn't the best because the water splashes out of the shower and into the bathroom and it even ran through into the hallway. I was on the ground floor this time, which meant that it was easy to roll my heavy case there, and also to reception. A previous time, I was on a higher level, and the staff will come and help you with your luggage, as unfortunately there are no lifts. Breakfast starts at 6am, but when I went there at 6, they weren't quite ready yet and I had to wait about 15 minutes. Good thing I changed my airport drop off time to 7am instead of 6.30 as I wouldn't have had the time to eat if I had been going at 6.30am. The food was good. I accidentally thought there were chilled, boiled eggs in their shells, but they were raw eggs for frying or making omelettes! A staff member saw me crack the egg and came and got me two hot, peeled boiled eggs, that had just recently been brought out.
