"I was SO impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Hilton and Conference Center Port of Spain, Trinidad. I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant. I plan to return in the very near future because of the wonderful experience the staff there afforded me. Bravo, Hilton Staff Port of Spain!!! Many thanks, Thomas Elliott"

"The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The AC worked extremely well—almost too well at times—and was a bit difficult to adjust. The bathroom was overall very clean, although there were a few visible spots in the shower wall grout. What really stood out was the staff, who were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and pleasant throughout the stay. The property is also within walking distance of Savannah, which made the location very convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property. The facilities felt updated and well maintained, though the gym could benefit from a few more pieces of equipment, such as resistance bands and lighter dumbbells."

"I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk clerk's name, but she's light-skinned of Dougla descent and approximately 5'5 " in height to proceed with him. During the ride, I was told the fare would be $400 TTD, which was significantly higher than the typical rate I had been advised (approximately $150 TTD). I felt uncomfortable questioning the driver mid-journey due to safety concerns, especially being unfamiliar with the area. Additionally, the exchange rate used was different from what I expected, which increased the cost. The driver informed me that the exchange rate per USD is $5.75 he’s using KFC rate which is confusing becuase even the the guest house exchange rate was $7.50 per UDS. KFC isnt a bank so why inform me that your using KFC exchange rate.This made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns for me about how transportation is arranged for guests. I strongly recommend that future guests exercise caution when accepting transportation arranged through the property. This situation was unacceptable, and I expected better "
