Love this place but this time was not the best. The hot tub was out of order, the fireplace didn’t work, the toilet tank had a leak and refilled loudly every 15 min. They only left less than a half roll of TP. And yet we still had a pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly.

Sheets needed placement as stains were present. Plumbing noise from above units is bad. Toilet tank does not seal properly and leaks during the night making noise. Large ball of hair on the floor indicates poor housekeeping. Mattress super soft and cover had stains; this indicates super old equipment. Mattress gave me a back ache.

The facility was very clean and bright looking, got a nice welcome reception with water. Great coffee, bar and breakfast bar, two massage chairs that were amazing. Tidy room with comfortable beds and pillows and a partial kitchenette.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was very surprised at the lack of cleanliness of this particular room. Furniture was dirty and stained, thick level of dust on headboard and lights. Staining of side of bed, gouges in wall, and staining on the ceiling. My guess is that was a “pet friendly” room. My reservation was for non smoking, no pets. The lobby was clean, staff friendly, and a good breakfast available in the am.
