"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

Nessun gancio in bagno per appendere asciugamani. Decisamente migliorabile: basterebbe poco anche perché la posizione è perfetta."

"This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"

"This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."

From the laundry, to coffee pods, paper towels, salt, olive oil the little stuff that when you’re traveling is impossible to constantly buy and lug around. The bed is firm and comfy, quality sheets, everything you need to cook at home if you wish. Total privacy. Easy walk into the city. Basically a gem. If get a chance to book a spot here don’t miss it!
