“The property was beautiful, food was good, rooms clean, staff was rude and not helpful at all.”

“Loved our stay at Westin Reserva Conchal - The staff was super friendly and attentive, we did not have anything negative during our stay and would definitely come back!”

“Perfect service . Awesome hotel. Everything was great !!! We're definitely coming back.”

“The best in town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. And you also have great surf instructors out front. The water is so warm and clean. The buffet is fabulous and the beach access is the best. It’s truly spectacular to take in the sunset there. No filter filters required.! Having stayed there several times, I always feel really safe at the Diria as well as in town. And I have never been bitten by a mosquito not one time there ! It’s very clean and nice.”

“Very nice staff very beautiful property! Deep into the gated community”

“I had a great overall stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica and would definitely return. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I loved the variety of restaurants, and the Guest Services team was phenomenal in helping me secure restaurant reservations throughout my stay. I stayed for my birthday, so I was disappointed that the hotel itself did not acknowledge it, especially since they knew I was traveling specifically to celebrate....

“Most family friendly hotel Ive visited recently”

“Our staying Epic was truly special. You will notice the attention to deal from very beginning. Staff amazed us with their level of care. The units and property is pretty new and location was close enough to the city and beach but laid back enough to stay away from all the craziness. We will go back!”

“This place and the staff are top notch , the place was super clean, everyone was friendly and couldn't be more helpful, especially Mariella and Carlos, thank you for making it such a fantastic month we spent there.”

“The staff was exceptional, felt like you were part of the family for a short time !! There are a few resort cats who we might have renamed while we were there 🐈‍⬛😂 The beach that is not swimmable is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time there . Our room was lovely and someone always made sure we had extra towels”

“Superbe hôtel dans un coin calme, avec toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et très confortables. L’hôtel est à une courte distance de l’animation et de la plage. Un super endroit!”

“Excelente ubicación frente a la playa. Un poco alejado del centro”

“Talk about FALSE advertising! This place is a scam!”
