"Great location, it had everything we needed. Right in the heart of the old part of Chur, easy walking distance to everything.. nice comfy bed & very clean, easy to get in to the apartment too. The sofa had quite a few stains & the headboard could do with a hoover but otherwise lovely."

"The good: host was very responsive, location is cool, lots of things to see, beds were comfortable (although pillows were horrible), kitchen well stocked with essentials. The bad: not well cleaned, or maintained. Not suitable for a family or those looking for a restful stay. Here’s why: Laundry machine was broken, and we would not have stayed here had we known that as we needed to do laundry along a multi-week visit to the area. Host knew the issue, but “forgot” to tell us until after we asked about it. Might seem like a small issue, but with 3 teenage daughters and “packing light” - it was a big deal. Host was apologetic, and offered a late checkout for the inconvenience. There are pubs directly below this apartment and the smoke and noise goes directly into the room. On our particular night, there were people drinking and being loud until 3am. Not a restful family place. Would have loved to keep the windows closed, but the apartment was very stuffy and hot. I can’t image how hot it gets on a hot day. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, as we found used dishes with food still on them in the oven."
