"Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). "I loved my stay at Azureva. My apartment was clean, beautiful views of the mountains fronm the balcony and window, big enough for 4 people although i was on my own. The staff specially the Manager of the property was so helpful, nice, friendly and very professional. I will certainly come back."

Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. "No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own.
Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."
