“The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.The room was comfortable, warm aand clean. The dining room was lovely and the food was excellent. The view of the lake and the swan with her cygnets was a treat! It's location was great for shopping. Thank you.”

Room very spacious, bed extremely comfortable. Shame ladies nail varnish marks on bath tub, this can be easily removed with a bit of remover and a cotton wool bud.
