“I appreciate having a handicap bathroom. The tub had a teak folding bench which was hard to put down and close the shower curtain, too. The tub surface was very slippery so I put a towel down to stand on in the shower. The valve was hard for me to set on warm without scalding or freezing but I figured it out. There was a compact frig in the room that did not get cold when plugged in. I mentioned it to a worker who said he would check it out. I understood no frig or microwave in room, but a...

“Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.”

“Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. ”

“Right as you walked in the room it smelled of wet dog. The tub was durty we had no hand soap or wash cloths. The next day the had some kind of party right next to us load at 9 o'clock we ask for a new room . They had no problem giving us one and that was vary nice of them.”
