The room doesn't look as clean and modern as in the picture - windows are a bit blurry; bathroom sinks have dark spots not cleaned; room/carpet have fragrance that is heavy as if to cover some previous old/bad smell. We always stay here when we come to Portland. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in downtown Portland but this one in my opinion is one of the best. It’s right in the middle of everything. There are so many activities within just a 10 minute walk. The staff is always so incredibly kind. We can’t wait to be back in a couple of months. Thanks guys! 😊

Absolutely clean room with no issues at all! Absolutely pleased with the staff and the valet service. Enjoyed the warm inviting feeling when you arrive and every time you walk through the doors. Felt safe and comfortable. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the breakfast but we heard from others staying there that it was definitely worth trying. We definitely will be staying there again. See yall soon!
