The Lodge at Kennebunk

It was a great trip. Stayed here while visiting Kennebunkport. We stopped at a Cranberry Bog not to far away from the lodge.

Short stay but really peaceful and quiet. I stay in 3 hotels atleast a week and this one tops them all.

Not a bad little place.

Everything was great once the guy in the office showed up. At first, the lady that was kind of rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. After the guy showed up her entire attitude changed. This happened both when we were checking in and checking out.

Good place to stay

Nice motel. Convent to find. Good service. Well kept up. Friendly staff.

Hoped for more

Property is not bad for the money. Gentleman that checked us in and out was pleasant. Woman in charge Sunday was....not. Had toilet leak in room. WiFi had to be reset (in our room- not in maintenance friendly area). Gameroom is a disaster with a single broken video game a tired pool table and an air hockey table that couldn't be used due to outdoor furniture storage.

Great place to stay and pleasant management

This is a very nice place to stay. Although it is very close to the interstate, no noise was heard within our unit. We were offered and accepted an accessible unit which was great. We have stayed at many accessible rooms and I have to state firmly that the shower in this unit was the very BEST. There was NO water leakage out of the shower, plenty of room and no wet floors. Usually we are drying the floor after a shower because it spills out of the shower area - this did NOT. The management are very pleasant and willing to help in any way. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location for a stay and will stay there again if I am in the area. Definitely recommend it highly with as many stars as possible.

Convenient and clean motel

Hotel was in a good location near I95 and not too far from the Maine Diner for good food. Best towels(soft) of the trip! Clean room but needed a chair and coffee pot.

Very pleasant visit with attention to detail.

My husband and I were on our anniversary leaf peeping weekend. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had every thing we needed. We loved the attention to detail from the very clean room, to the father, son team who bantered back and forth and answered our questions about the area to keeping the breakfast area immaculately clean immediately when someone left.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. The only thing is that when we pulled back the bed sheets, we noticed some hairs and dirt on the supposedly "clean" sheets. Good hotel room if you are bringing a pet as there is a lot of room for them to walk around.

Excellent value!

This is an excellent value if you want a budget motel. The room was clean. Staff were good. We were looking for a more budget motel this trip and the Lodge was excellent.

Our first choice

It is always a nice stay.. very clean... the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice... For location it is close to the highway and the coast...

The "Lodge"

We stayed as our first stop on our way to Nova Scotia. It was as expected clean and tidy but older rooms and it took 45 minutes to get someone to the desk to help us as they were dealing with a domestic dispute from another customer on the property. When asked about food we were sent to the Burger King on the toll road so had to pay another toll fee just to go eat. If you just need a quick stop along the way no food or any frills it will work for sure.
