O Milão hotel é bom. Porém, tem estrutura ruim para o frio. Quarto que ficamos era umido e o aquecedor não estava funcionando. Café da manhã não tinha ovo. E pouca variedade. Não ficaria novamente. Mas, tem otima localização. Perto da Fiergs e do Aeroporto.

O hotel parece ser bem antigo, por isso acho nescessário uma maior atenção a manutenção. Mas o que mais chamou atenção foi a recepção, um rapaz de poucas palavras, sem uniforme e que mexia em seu celular sem dar muita atenção. No outro dia pela manhã estava uma moça que parecia bem mais disposta.

Na chegada (noite), foi necessário ligar p recepção p porteiro abrir portão estacionamento. Porta de entrada emperrada. Elevador não funciona, porteiro auxiliou carregar mala - contra gosto. Roupas de cama e banho velhas, rasgadas, poídas, encardidas e cheiro de mofo. Travesseiro rasgado. Pontos de mofo nas paredes quarto/banheiro. Roupeiros tb. Ralo do box não deu vazamento e ficamos 4 dias tomando banho e alagando o banheiro e a água chegou até o corredor. Durante o banho ficávamos com cerca de 10cm de altura de água na canela. Não havia espelho no banheiro, somente prego. Secador sob solicitação e sem adaptador pra tomada. Maioria das tomadas não funcionam. Soleira porta banheiro solta, provocando tropeço/queda. Pedimos toalhas de rosto e nos deram tapetes manchados e velhos. Fotos do app não condizem com realidade. Nosso apto era considerado super luxo e pagamos por isso - bem caro! Porém, mais parecia um quarto de pensão de beira de estrada. No checkout as funcionárias, Ana e Luana, concordaram que as fotos do app não são reais e a Luana foi até o quarto e viu o banheiro alagado - se apavorou. Camareira Rose foi gentil e colocou lençóis e cobertas velhas no chão pra minimizar risco de queda no banheiro. Café da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções, alimentos mal apresentados. Sem opção de alimentação à noite. Informações sobre a propriedade no site/app falsas. Não recomendamos e nunca mais voltaremos.

A estrutura do hotel é boa... o problema crucial foi os funcionários da recepção, nada prestativos, as mínimas perguntas eram respondidas de forma grosseira. Não tem água no hotel para vender... só água da torneira do banheiros... um absurdo. Quando pedi que queria 2 garrafas de água, o recepcionista disse que era para eu ir na avenida, caminhar 15 minutos que tinha uma farmácia que vendia água. Detalhe... 22 horas. A cama é travesseiros são bons. Café da manhã bom, com o básico
