Gostamos da mini copa com micro-ondas, pia, frigobar e utensílios no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom! Amei a área de lazer no terraço, apesar q não fui para usar a piscina. "There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. "Achei o quarto com um bom tamanho, muito limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso e localização boa. Porém TV não funcionou, máquina de café quebrada, a cozinha não tem utensílios direito (não tem nem copo kkk somente xícara). Falta administração! Acredito que deve ter hospedagem melhor pelo mesmo valor."

Comunicação fácil com a equipe Charlie pelo WhatsApp, basta pedir ao robô para falar com atendente que te transferem na hora para atendimento humano. Único ponto negativo é que, por ser um apartamento em edifício residencial sem porteiro no local, com portaria remota, a cada entrada no prédio precisa interfonar e fornecer os dados para liberar a entrada. "This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent. My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street. The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake. We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys. I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I will be staying there the next time I visit Porto Alegre,"
