"Absolute nightmare, a scam, and full of lies – 0/5 stars"I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The management is entirely dishonest, running an operation with an unreachable host who disappears when issues arise. After dealing with a terrible room, we advised the admin we’d stay only 1 night, check out the next day, and requested a 2-night refund. The admin explicitly agreed, but Expedia later informed us they never forwarded the refund info, blocking our money back. They lied straight to our faces.This financial deception capped off a miserable experience. When we complained, we requested a room change and were told none were available—yet on Expedia, you could easily reserve the exact same room type at two of their properties for those same dates.Every single aspect of this stay was a disaster:The ID Lie: We sent all IDs before arrival for Face ID entrance setup. It wasn't done; the concierge claimed the process takes up to 6 months—a detail they conveniently hid.No Communication: We waited hours for WhatsApp responses, they provided no live telephone contact, and they completely ignored inquiries sent from Expedia.Street Waiting: Though check-in was 3 PM, the admin claimed there was no fixed time, forcing us to wait on the street for 2 hours.Filthy Conditions: The room wasn't made up until some time later. The furniture was heavily stained and dirty, there were no toiletries, and not even a single roll of toilet paper.Avoid this property at all costs.

No parking available (even though they offered last week and despite plenty of space available in the building) and very poor security to enter the apartment (all apartments have the same basic 2-digit code, varying only the apartment number). Definitely not recommended this level of exposure in Brazil

There was no Wi-Fi in my room nor TV conection, when reporting the problem I was lead to a representative in another state and he could not fix it. The door was broken from inside, not safe although the building has security. Dirty bathroom and floors, really dirty. There was a nespresso coffee machine with specific refills, not enough coffee for the days and inability to make coffee due the specifications, and at the laundry there was disrespectful owners/rentals disrespecting my guest rights. This was the worse I wish get money back from the days without Wi-Fi

Prédio novo ótimo, vista do quarto agradável, bons armários e banheiro, cama confortável. Importante ter uma revisão mais frequente das gavetas do guarda-roupa (leve odor de insetos), puxadores, porta de correr precisa de lubrificar para voltar a deslizar e deixar no apto um pequeno desentupidor de pia, a do banheiro precisou, talvez por uso de hóspedes anteriores. Mas definitivamente me hospedaria novamente no local.

Gostei de tudo na minha estadia, quarto arrumado, limpo, tudo funcionava corretamente. A equipe está 24hrs disponível para qualquer duvida ( e eu tive algumas e fui atendido muito bem pelos atendentes). Único ponto que eu acredito que pode melhorar é a questão do check-in em situações que o vôo é muito cedo (que no meu caso não foi uma opção pegar mais tarde). Tive que ficar esperando das 10h até as 15h da tarde para conseguir entrar no apartamento, acredito que nessa questão o charlie pode melhorar (e muito). Tirando esse fator do horario do check-in, recomendo 100% o hotel charlie.
