la chambre est grande et la terrasse est grande salle de bain très petite ( vos genoux touchent le lavabo quand vous êtes aux toilettes) tout petit chauffage mobile , on a passé 1 journée et 1 nuit à se geler. le porte serviette tombe les toilettes se bougent ( pas mettre de papier toilette) ravi de quitter ce lieu, tous les problèmes ont gâché notre séjour

El hondureño que nos recibió es un GROSERO, nos trato súper mal. En la página dice que cuidan las maletas y el nos dijo que no y que si nos las robaban por dejarla, no se hacían responsables. Pésimo servicio de su parte. Cua do regresamos una mexicana nos atendió y mejoró la calidad del servicio. Ella es una excelente persona y salvo mi viaje

No puedes entrar al hotel hasta pasadas las 16:00h, limpieza nefasta, prácticamente inexistente. Colchón de muelles, difícil descansar bien. Al descanso hay que sumarle los ruidos de la calle, es como si tuvieses a la gente, el camión de la basura y los bares dentro de la habitación. Ahora vamos con la mejor parte, el baño. Baño indescriptible, antiguo y muy sucio. Las paredes de la ducha estaban sucias como si fuese óxido, encontramos pelos de los huéspedes anteriores suponemos, el wc parecía de juguete y dentro tenía un pegote negro que no sabíamos lo que era. No ponemos un 0, porque no se puede. Quizás por la ubicación le damos el 1, es lo único positivo que tienen esos apartamentos.

The room was located in a excellent location. Close to the train station, transit, restaurants, attractions.. First, after agreeing on an arrival time, the hostess was 50 minutes late. Other guests voiced the same experience with their check in. The bathroom was dirty, the floor stained, the toilet was hanging on precariously, the shower curtain should be in a garbage, shower extremely small. One electrical wall plug held in place with scotch tape. I could go on. We were disappointed as had stayed in Porto previously and had a wonderful experience

Great location, close to the train station and also a metro. 2 steps from rua das flores. Being an apartment we couldn’t leave our luggage in there but being close to the train station we left our staff in a locker.

struttura ubicata in pieno centro, molto rumorosa per la notte,servizi sanitari INDECENTI..terzo letto inesistente cè un divano che si apre ma scomodissimo, venduto per tre persone con solo due sedie per fare una colazione o mangiare qualcosa, comunicato il disagio subito al numero indicato (Alessandra,che non si è degnata neanche di rispondere), invito tutti a diffidare di questa struttura,e ad Expedia di controllare quello da me indicato,dato che siete l'intermedario di fiducia,e non ci fate una bella figura Claudio Percoco

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, mais nous avons eu beaucoup de bruits provenant de la rue. Les fenêtres ne sont vraiment pas isolées. La douche est très petite, il n'y a pas de rangement dans la salle de bain. Et dommage de ne pas avoir plusieurs chaines de TV (en anglais ou en français).

Je vous ai envoyé un message lors de notre séjour,ce n'est pas un appart hôtel mais un studio avec une horrible salle d'eau ,on ne peut pas bouger dans la douche tellement petite ,un lavabo dans les WC qui sert de lave mains,de lavabo et d'évier!!Les rideaux de fenêtres sont décrochés et pendouillent!!!Les installations électriques sont hors normes, le vis à vis un toit en ruine ,un SDFdort face à l'entrée. Et pas de mini cuisine!!

Super séjour à Porto, voilà une ville qui mérite le détour. Le vrai plus : studio très bien situé pour faire les visites, proches des transports en commun, des restaurants, des commerces. Le moins : studio très mal isolé, donc très bruyant, tous les bruits de la rue et aux alentours nous parviennent, surtout le soir. La salle de bain est vraiment vétuste. Le contact avec le propriétaire à l'arrivée est très bref, peu de conseils donnés pour les visites ou autres et il reste difficilement joignable, en cas de besoin.

We paid €24 extra on arrival supposedly for our late arrival and taxes for three nights. We did not receive any receipts. On entry the room was not ready so we had to go away and come back. There had been a brief clean up but we only had one towel between us. Next day more towels arrived and room was refreshed. The floors needed to be cleaned. The apartment is in the centre of busy street. There is no air conditioning so the windows had to be open. The surrounding area was very noisy till 3am each night. The call button on our 3rd floor lift did not work. Overall I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. We had paid in advance and then the extra €24 was so overpriced. I think hotels.com should look into this listing

proche visite propre mais sommaire.

Très proche pour visite de la ville à pieds. Appartement propre spacieux mais équipement sommaire ( 1 frigo 1 micro onde 1 cafetière café et thé fournis) au 2 ème étage avec ascenseur. Tres petite douche. Quartier un peu bruyant en soireè Proximité parking souterrain (16 euros par 24 h).
