Wonderful little hotel! Great service by very kind front desk staff. The little garden they have is so pretty. Our room was in the "basement" but it faced the garden and still got plenty of daylight. Breakfast was lovely. The only downside was seeing some homeless people further down the street, and a group of men drinking alcohol. Not something that's the hotel's fault though. I still walked down there at night, but it felt a bit unsafe.

Nice hotel in Porto

Nice hotel about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Rooms were comfortable and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice with selection of breads, cold meats and cheese, fruit, some pastries, eggs and coffee/tea.

Helpful desk. Clean. No elevator- should enquire age of client for room availability on lower floor. Long life milk for coffee outside of breakfast time. Glasses in room. Safe in room. Couple drawers for clothes.

Staff were helpful and courteous. The challenge for me was the limited orden e of staff. After 5 there is nobody around. The receptionist responds if you send an email about a specific concern or question but you do lot have the associated services Such as access to information, getting a taxi, etc. there’s nobody.

Exceptional! Organic, fresh, diverse, Beyond exceptional if I can express! The room cleaned every day, wrapped every night in a fresh smelling sheets, bathroom was cleanest ever, the peaceful garden, all shops in walking distance! What else? Exceptional place and I’ll come again because it’s worth, I was extremely well prepared! Bravo to all kind staff, from cooks to front desk and cleaning the room! Frühstück war gut. Es gibt auch einen Wäscheaum mit Möglichkeit kostenlos eine Waschmaschine, sowie Trockner zu nutzen bzw die Wösche aufzuhängen. Zimmer war sauber und groß genug. Jedoch hat es im Zimmer extrem schlecht gerochen. Wir haben vermutet, dass die Dusch(trasse) spritzt oder ausläuft. Das Hotel hat extra gereinigt und einen Entfeuchter aufgestellt, hat leider nicht komplett geholfen. Und das wirklich schnell, obwohl es Sonntags war.

Very nice hotel, not far for all the attractions! It is a very busy street so of your room facing the street its very noisy if the windows are open! Breakfast- great! Very accommodating as well. We arrived before check in time and were let into the room early! I recommend!!

Nous avons passe un agreable séjour. La chambre etait sympa mais pas tres bien insonorisee (Chambre sur rue). Nous entendions les gens marcher au dessus de notre chambre. En revanche, le petit dejeuner etait top et le personnel très professionnel. Letablissement est proche des centres d intérêts et station de métro.

Séjour de 1 semaine

Accueil très chaleureux. Nous sommes arrivés en provenance du Canada et ils nous ont accueilli à 9:00 avec un déjeuner et ont gardé nos valises vu que la chambre n’était pas prête. Café, eau et salle disponible pour y manger (avec notre nourriture) Notre départ était très tôt et ils nous ont préparé une assiette avec quelques trucs pour manger. Air climatisé très fonctionnel! Pas de réfrigérateur, mais il y a une épicerie à 5 minutes de marche avec un comptoir de prêt à manger. (Pinco Dolce) Chinese store près de l’épicerie. Stationnement disponible à 12 euros par jour très pratique. Juste à côté et on peut entrer et sortir à notre guise.

Excellent but not in rooms 101

All excellent - from stuff that give us basic info and for stuff that organise breakfast. All 5+ Only location for room in basemant - really bad. Noise, can not open window because lot of cars drive there fast. If come to Porto will again come here but try sleep on second floor.

Eine kleine, sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Marta ist zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um jegliche Anliegen. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Absolut empfehlenswert! Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Guest House, gute Lage

Sehr freundliches Team, super Frühstück, und ein schönes Zimmer. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen! PS. Zimmer zur Straße, ist etwas lauter durch den Straßenverkehr.
