Centrally located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable (aside from the sofa bed which was not, but it IS a sofa bed after all). Would stay here again.

Nice location, hotel is good too. Breakfast is fine, nothing too different! I gave a four rather than a five star as i didn’t find the hotel staff too welcoming and courteous. On day 2 i had to ask for room cleaning a couple of times and it was done past 6pm inspite of me putting the tag outside. I came back in the afternoon and room was not cleaned. Apart from that hotel is good, location is great

The service was truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. You can’t beat this location. It’s right in the heart of Porto on Avenida dos Aliados, making it incredibly easy to walk to the major landmarks, São Bento station, and local restaurants. Everything was top-tier. The hotel itself is stunning and modern. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa facilities. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed provided a perfect night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable bed, temperature control in room worked well, the room and the hotel are very clean. Breakfast is excellent. On the negative, the entire hotel, including our room, smelled like men's cologne. That is not pleasant!
